On Tuesday evening, September 9th, a General Meeting was held in accordance with

Article V, subsection 4 of the Covenants. The purpose of the meeting was

to discuss and vote on a Special Assessment for capital improvements to

the neighborhood.

 

48 homeowners attended the meeting either in person or by proxy.

The total number of lots represented at the meeting was 54.

The minimum vote required to pass the assessment was 33 lots, or 60% of the lots represented.

The actual vote was in favor of the assessment by 39.75 lots, or 73%.

 

So the Assessment has passed and it will come due no later than February 1st, 2026.

 

The amount of the assessment is $2,000 per lot. So if you own

1 lot, the amount is $2,000
1½  lots, the amount is $3,000
1¾ lots, the amount is $3,500
2 lots, the amount is $4,000.
 

The assessment  may be paid in full or in installments, starting now. 

After February 1st 2026, any amounts outstanding will be delinquent and interest and/or late fees 

will be charged.

 

It must be paid by check. Each check should have a Memo entry saying
"Special Assessment - " (your account number can be found
on your monthly statement) to ensure proper credit. Checks should be mailed to
