Charter Oak is a premier neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma; well-established for over twenty-five years. Our close knit community consists of only 55 households, giving it a small town feel, but bears amenities of a much larger neighborhood with a pool, an active Homeowners Association, adjacency to a park with a lake and green space, and immediate access to city conveniences.  Gated and walled, our neighborhood is secure and secluded, but centrally located within the City of Tulsa, just South of 71st Street between Sheridan and Yale.  Perched atop a large hill above Minshall Park, many homes have expansive views of the park and city. Charter Oak homes are mostly owner-occupied, and owner turnover is low. Charter Oak residents are proud of their neighborhood, enjoy the quality of life it provides, and work hard to maintain the high standards that make Charter Oak one of the premier places to live in Tulsa.
